Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies only to your first order of a product per household. To be eligible, your order must meet the following conditions:
- First-time purchase of a product - the guarantee applies only to your first order of a particular product from snr & co.
- Refund request - Refunds can only be requested within 30 days of purchase.
- One unit per product type - We only allow refunds on one unit per product type.

Ordered a bundle?
No problem. You can try one mat from your bundle and still be eligible for a full refund on that used item.
Here’s how it works:
If you buy a single mat:
Try it out at home. If it’s not what you expected, just let us know within 30 days and we’ll refund you — no need to send it back.
If you buy a bundle (like 2, 4 or 6 mats):
You can open and use one of the mats to try. If it’s not right for you, we’ll refund that one mat — and you can keep it.
The rest of the mats (must be unused) will need to be returned unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging to qualify for return.
Due to hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns of used mats — See returns policy here

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery — we’ll work with you to make it right! Whether with a replacement or store credit where applicable.

You can only claim your guarantee within 30 days of your purchase.
Do I need to send the product back?

No. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not require used items to be returned back to us.
In the case of unused items in bundle returns, you will need to return those products to receive the full bundle refund.
You must return the product at your own expense - we'll help you with where to send it and how.
