We ship directly from our manufacturer in Asia. Since we’re a small business (and our founder still works a full-time job!) holding local inventory isn’t possible just yet.
Shipping from the source allows us to:

We process all orders at 2pm AEST daily, so cancellation or changes can only be made before this cutoff.
Because our items are shipped directly from our manufacturer, once the order is processed or dispatched by our fulfilment partner, we’re unable to cancel or modify it. This typically happens quickly after the cutoff, so timely requests are key.

Snr & Co was born from love—and a little bit of desperation.
Our founder, Liz, and her Aussie Bulldog, Draco, started to navigate small messes and clean ups, which would become her and Draco's new normal. So the search began. Liz tried everything: disposable pads that leaked and moved around constantly, cheap reusables that reeked after one wash, ugly mats that screamed "dog toilet" in her living spaces.
She didn't want her home to look and smell like a vet clinic. And she refused to let Draco's golden years be stressful—for either of them.
So she created a brand for something didn't exist: a dignified incontinence pad that actually works, looks beautiful, and gives pet owners peace of mind when they have to leave their furry friends.
