A quick wash daily is recommended to keep the pad fresh, however, washing frequency depends on usage and preference. The Ease Mat was designed to be washed many times over.

No! The Ease Mat has built-in odour + bacteria control: Bamboo naturally contains bamboo kun, an antimicrobial agent that helps neutralise unpleasant odours and resists bacteria buildup — making the mat ideal for hygienic repeat indoor use.

Most of our customers start with a 4 or 6-pack — it’s the easiest way to keep clean mats ready while others are in the wash.
One on your pups favourite resting spot, one on their bed, one in the wash, and a few backups. That way, you’re never caught short.
A little prep means a lot less stress.

We ship directly from our manufacturer in Asia. Since we’re a small business (and our founder still works a full-time job!), holding local inventory isn’t possible just yet. Shipping from the source allows us to:
Move faster – Your order goes straight from production to your door, cutting out unnecessary delays.
Reduce waste – Fewer stops means fewer emissions, and less overproduction.
Stay accessible – It keeps costs down so we can offer fair pricing without compromising on quality.
As we grow, our dream is to one day warehouse locally — but for now, this model helps us deliver premium, thoughtful products without cutting corners.

For orders delivered within Australia, majority of customers will not need to pay any additional customs or import duties.
Australia has a low-value threshold of AUD $1,000, which means goods under this value typically are not subject to import tax or GST on arrival.
Since our product prices fall well below this threshold, your order should arrive without any added fees.

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once a mat has been opened or used. This policy helps us ensure every customer receives a product that’s clean, safe, and unused.
However, your satisfaction means everything to us!
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery — we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit where applicable. Our team is here to ensure your experience feels as seamless and comforting as the Ease Mat itself.

We completely understand that mistakes happen (our brand was built around accidents in life) - if you need to cancel or make changes to your order (like address corrections or item updates), please contact us as soon as possible.
We process all orders at 2pm AEST daily, so cancellation or changes can only be made before this cutoff.
Because our items are shipped directly from our manufacturer, once the order is processed or dispatched by our fulfilment partner, we’re unable to cancel or modify it. This typically happens quickly after the cutoff, so timely requests are key.
